I will probably be looking into new Computer Desks for my employees. I have received several complaints about how the old ones were buckling and swaying. It is kind of nice to be able to provide them with something that they do not have to be afraid of. I am happy that they were not afraid to come to me with their concerns. I would rather have them talk to me about how they felt instead of holding grudges against me. I have so many people to govern over that I am never really going to know which desks are getting old and whatnot. I depend on my employees to tell me what is bothering them so that I can fix it for them. I am not a mind reader, but I do strive to be the very best employer ever. I want people to get what they need to be able to work efficiently.
